Website Design and Development
The client wanted a total overhaul of the current website. This included updating an outdated site to make it mobile friendly, aesthetically appealing and user friendly.
One of the top priorities was creating a logo that better reflected the company values and resonated with Total Sono’s audience. This involved working with our graphic designer and identifying specific color(s) for the logo as well as a design choice that reflected what Total Sono represented (providing OB/GYN ultrasound services). LTTR worked with the client, providing several iterations of logo design before eventually settling on the design that made the most sense.
After selecting the logo, work went into creating cohesive branding elements throughout the remainder of the website and providing the client with their own, unique branding style guide.
Previously, the Total Sono website was not user friendly. It was not mobile responsive or easy to navigate in a way that allowed users to find what they were looking for. LTTR provided a customized programming solution for the client that included (but was not limited to):
- Mobile friendly / responsive design
- Integrated branding throughout website (custom color scheme)
- Completely revised navigation
- Customized graphics / banners
- Customized forms
- Click-to-call phone numbers
- And more
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
LTTR performed a website audit alongside keyword research and gathering competitor intel in order to create a comprehensive search engine optimization plan for Total Sono. This resulted in the implementation of: meta titles, meta descriptions, keyword analysis and editing of current pages to build out more robust content related to Total Sono’s industry (healthcare) to appeal to their target audience.
Our team worked closely with the client to create many new pages of high quality content that spoke to what Total Sono does and appealed to their target audience. Creating relevant content also made it easier for users to find and discover Total Sono; and it also made the web pages more appealing to users’ search queries, thus helping with overall search engine rankings as well as increasing profitability potential for the business.
Traditional Marketing / Offline Marketing
Finally, LTTR was called upon to assist with some offline marketing efforts, working collaboratively with the Total Sono to create several mockups of tri fold brochures, handouts, business cards, and window clings to be used throughout all of Total Sono’s multiple office locations.
Additionally, we also worked with our graphic designer and other vendor(s) to create additional swag items for Total Sono employees. Items ranged from water bottles to bags, scrubs, jackets, towels, fans and more.
