Job Purpose:
Perform administrative marketing assistance, data analysis/mining duties for company, client work and projects. Data analysis tasks including research, compiling, filtering. Later with training creating action plan for data gathered and execution of plan implementation.

Duties:
*Preparing documents for various client / vendor / contractor needs
*Project Management, organization and documentation
*Inspect large number of websites data and search
*Learn and run data mining activities for SEO purposes.
*Plan and implement plans based on data mining and analysis.

Skills:
Meticulous attention to detail. Extreme Organization. Administrative Skills. Excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills. Organization. Multi-tasking. Complex Problem Solving. Interpreting & Presenting Technical Information. Analyzing Data & Information. Advanced experience & proficiency with MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets and general computer skills. Advanced internet research skills required. Familiarity with social media required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree is somewhat desirable.
High school diploma is required.

Language:
English – Native
Spanish – Some familiarity with Spanish or more is a plus

Hours:
Position will be part time 5-10 hours per week depending on work load. Work hours will be in the time frame from 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday US Eastern Time.
