English to French Translator Needed
An Internet marketing company in business for over 10 years. We provide Pay Per Click Management & SEO services to small and medium sized businesses globally.
We are currently searching for a freelance translator to translate some web content.
Job Description
The translator will translate webpage content, metadata and URLs from English into French.
Requirements
-Native level of both French and English.
-A bachelor’s or professional degree.
-Good internet connection (if you work from home)
-Great written and oral communication skills
-An eye for detail
-Good attention span.
-Good organization
-Ability to meet deadlines.
-Personal computer
-Competency in Excel and Google Sheets
-Time management skills.
-Some knowledge of IT
Desired Qualities
-At least 2 years of experience with translation and or interpretation preferably in something that is IT related.
More information:
-Pay will be an hourly rate which will be determined by skills, education and experience.
-You will be required to track your time on all tasks in 5-minute increments
-As a freelancer, you will be expected to take care of your own taxes in the country were you reside.
